Jesiah Brock was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where he learned the importance of hard work and service to others. Since 2006, Jesiah has been professionally leading teams, inspiring others, and transforming communities. He developed an authentic approach to leadership through his participation in various philanthropic and social justice organizations such as The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University, Jesiah went on to obtain a Master of Public Affairs Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Service to others isn’t just a job for Jesiah; it’s a calling. The assignment of Jesiah Brock, an Elder and Assistant Pastor at Grace Christian Fellowship Ministries International, a church dedicated to helping individuals thrive in their God given purpose, is to build bridges between church communities in Southwest Ohio; positioning them for exceptional kingdom assignments through means of ministerial cultivation and fellowship. Serving as Chaplain and Diversity Executive of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, he champions the cause of promoting equity and access to all in addition to strategic and programmatic impact through spiritual development. Jesiah also leads a Kingdom movement called Freedom To Move Forward, and is the Chief Steward of Disrupt LLC, where he aids individuals on their journey to reach their full potential.

Throughout his personal and professional career, Jesiah Brock has helped thousands of individuals reach goals and realize their God given potential. As a ‘cultivator’, Jesiah is passionate about utilizing over 20 years of in-depth leadership experience to remove barriers, develop individuals, and propel visions toward chosen outcomes. When Jesiah isn’t public speaking or facilitating trainings, he enjoys spending time with his loving wife Ebony and their son Jedidiah.
